Biography
Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Mokhtar is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the Egypt University of Informatics, New Administrative Capital (EUI), Egypt. He has over 20 years of academic experience across leading institutions, including MTI, the German University in Cairo (GUC), and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AAST). He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Ain Shams University and is dedicated to advancing both research and high-quality teaching in applied mathematics.
