Prof. Amr A. El-Sherif is a Professor of Electrical Engineering with extensive academic, research, and leadership experience in higher education and wireless communications. He is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), where he has served as Head of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department since February 2023 and as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Engineering from February to August 2025. Prof. El-Sherif also holds a professorship at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, from which he is currently on leave. His career spans academic leadership, advanced research, and industry collaboration in wireless and communication systems.
